how long can I keep the cookies for and what is the best way to keep them fresh?
they are best munched within a month after delivery. store in room temperature in an air-tight container.

i am allergic to nuts. which cookies is safe for me?
all our cookies are made in a facility that uses nuts, milk and soy. don't eat it if you are allergic as they may contain trace amounts even if its not part of the ingredient.

I want to resell your cookies at my store. do you sell wholesale?
Not at this time.

Do you have a retail store?

Does every basket come with a personalized message in a bottle?
Yes, it does. the message come in a tiny glass tube; it's a fun, nostalgic way to share your personalized note.

Can I place an order now and have it delivered later for my friend's birthday?
Of course. That's a great idea. We can hold an order for delivery on the date you want.

Can früute ship to multiple addresses?
We can only deliver to one address per order. If you want to send your gift to multiple addresses you must place a seperate order for each destination. If you'd like to order in bulk for a corporate event, a large party, or a long gift list, feel free to email us at orders@fruute.com

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How is sales tax calculated?
There's no sales tax for all states, except within California and only for gift basket section, where tax is calculated as 9% from the total purchase, before shipping fees are added

how do i know that my online transactions are safe?
your online security is massively important to us. that's why we use the trusted industry standard authorize.net payment system. it's a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details and safely transmits your personal and credit card information through our system. your orders are processed through our secure checkout system. we confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your bank. it's just another way of looking out for your protection. it's hard to have fun, if you don't feel safe, and we really want you to have fun.

What is your return policy?
We're confident your recipient will love your gift choice, but if for some reason the nonfood items arrive broken or damaged, just let us know and we'll replace it as soon as possible, free of charge. Just send us an email to orders@fruute.com

What are my shipping options?
ups ground, next-day air or ups three-day select.

which shipping company do you use?
we ship by united parcel service (ups). you can track the shipment of your package directly with them at www.ups.com or by calling 800.742.5877. you'll get an email to track your shipment after ups has processed it.

where are the gift baskets shipped from?
all items are shipped from our downtown los angeles super-hero headquarters.

do you ship to po boxes, apo/fpo, or international addresses?
not at this time. we are not able to ship outside the 50 united states.

i need to change my order. what can i do?
if your order hasn't shipped yet, we are more than happy to change your order for you. just send a note to orders@fruute.com with your updated order information and we will update it for you.
